Joseph Nyende

Joseph Nyende is a managing partner at Praca. He is an accomplished researcher and development consultant. Joseph specializes in strategy, project design, implementation and management, capacity building, advocacy, research and policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge management. Joseph is very interested in making sure that the development funds are used as efficiently as possible to provide Value for Money (VfM). Joseph has provided consultation services to the Ugandan government, private sector, civil society, and development partners. Some of the notable organizations, including the World Bank, GIZ, AIDS Information Center, ESAFF Uganda, UNDP, UNFPA, Humanity and Inclusion, Reproductive Health Uganda, Danish Refugee Council, and Plan International. Joseph is on the boards of numerous organizations and participates in a number of technical working groups.

Salama Kasoga

Salama Kasoga is an experienced Gender, Development Expert and Researcher with over 10 years of experience in international development, research and Impact Evaluations in the development sector. As a reliable consultant, Salama has earned her reputation for delivering timely assignments’ outputs and supporting clients in developing project GESI analysis, mainstreaming gender into projects, and implementing gender policies. With expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation and gender organizational audits, Salama has shifted power by designing gender transformative strategies in response to identified needs. I have expertise in designing, managing and implementing programs, monitoring and evaluation, research; and capacity-building.

Monja Minsi

Monja Minsi is a respected and well-connected multi-skilled Socio-Development and Public Health Consultant with over 18 years’ experience in research, program management and business development. Monja has provided services in organization envisioning, fundraising, strategic partnership, and planning, & capacity building for government institutions (Ministry of Gender, Ministry of Health, Uganda AIDS Commission), international and local NGOs, academia, and research organizations. He has supported these institutions with donor mapping, fundraising (proposal writing, fundraising dinners), donor negotiation, income diversification exercises, grants management, strategic development, mentoring, & capacity building in all functions & countries across the world. Monja is a highly motivated entrepreneurial passion who leads organizations to growth and market differentiation with a record of generating new business opportunities and developing lucrative partnerships. Proven track record of implementing the necessary business development strategies to accomplish breakthrough program income objectives while creating unique market-entry strategies, managing business relationships, building credibility, and establishing immediate rapport with potential clients/donors.
